Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's rooms were serviceable but a bit dated, although they were generally well-maintained. One inconvenience was the two single beds that were connected and one would always break apart. However, the hotel's security protocol seemed lax, as my 14-year-old daughter locked the key in the room and received a replacement without any identification check. Upon arrival, the room had a terrible smell and the carpet was wet.
The hotel is located in a quiet area, just a 5-minute bus ride into Nessebar or Sunny Beach with plenty of walking opportunities. The rooms were fine, fairly clean, and they did a great job cleaning while we were there for a large messy family, but some furniture was damaged. The service was overall pleasant, except for one individual, adding a touch of arrogance to the experience. The dining options were so-so, lacking variety. The location is excellent for those seeking a peaceful stay away from the main tourist routes.
The hotel provides fairly clean rooms that were fine for our large messy family stay, although nothing extraordinary. The cleaning service did a great job during our visit. The staff, except for a server, were pleasant and accommodating. The hotel seems to cater more to locals, Germans, and Russians. The location is good but could use improvements. The dining experience and food quality were average, with some hits and misses. The facilities are decent overall.
My stay at the hotel was mixed. While the rooms were a bit dated and had some issues with the beds breaking apart, the access to the sandy beach was fantastic. However, the lack of security measures when my daughter locked herself out was concerning.
Our stay at Bay Hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were fine, fairly clean, and they did a great job cleaning while we were there for a large messy family. The service, particularly at the reception staff at the Bay Lobby bar, with Antonio and Bogdan, was pleasant and helpful. The location is good and offers a nice setting for families to have fun. The dining experience was so-so, and the food, in general, could be better.
Wow, I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was just perfect, in a quiet area but still super close to Nessebar and Sunny Beach. Plenty of walking opportunities around, and even a beautiful Roman type town nearby. The sea view from the room was breathtaking but some room for improvement on the service. The dining options were decent, but not outstanding. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!
Upon arriving, the room had a bit of an off-putting smell and a wet carpet, but the cleaning staff did an excellent job making it comfortable for my large family. The sea view was lovely, despite the issue with the single beds not staying connected.
The hotel has a good location for sun worshippers and daytime activities, away from the main tourist routes, but the service could be more attentive and friendly. The rooms, although with damaged furniture and a narrow sofa bed, were creatively decorated by our maid, Yuliya, and were overall comfortable. Dining options were varied, especially in the Palace Restaurant, but some areas lacked cleanliness.
The Bay Hotel provided a cozy stay with well-maintained rooms. The only issue was with the beds being too easily separated. The location was peaceful, yet conveniently close to Nessebar and Sunny Beach. The dining experience was decent, though there were opportunities for improvement. The service was friendly and apologetic, ensuring a pleasant overall experience.
The hotel is situated in a quiet area, just a 5-minute bus ride into Nessebar or Sunny Beach, offering plenty of walking opportunities. The rooms, though spacious and bright with a king-size bed and a single bed, could use some maintenance due to the connected single beds that often separate. The service had its ups and downs, ranging from overly eager plate removal to a lack of genuine friendliness. The location, away from the main tourist routes, was convenient for walking and exploring. The dining options were average, with a variety of pork, chicken, and beef dishes but nothing extraordinary.
